Ordered some stuff and all of it came apart from one bit, i've rang them to sort this out and they've dug around to find the cause and been upfront about the reasoning.
Initially suspected i was going to have a headache (and granted with the weather + deliveries it is a bit) but I'd have to honestly say the guys on the phone seem rather genuine and helpful and haven't just left me with an empty "sorry" to walk away with
in short i'd probably buy from them again; they're helpful regarding the kit, helpful regarding their errors, and more importantly for me, honest about what went wrong.
didn't know if that was of any interest to anyone
