view photos on laptop as i take them.

hi all,
how can i connect my laptop to my camera and view photos as i take them?
do i need some sort of software or is there a way of using my sony software.

I'm not sure Sony can do this.

I know that Canon make a wireless file transmittter which will wirelessly copy the photos straight to the laptop and display it..

There may be a way using the sony software though via a cable.

There's a special SD card, which is wireless connection and it downloads photos to your computer as soon as your camera come within range.

the card that gander said is an eye fi card.

The easiest way is by linking with mini usb.

the thing you want to be googling for is 'tethered shooting'.
