Video Grabbing

Does anyone know if its possible to grab a video from a bbc website? I have just been on the local news and want to see if I can download it or grab it. I have googled it but come up with grabbing youtube videos all the time.

Alistair thanks but I have been told that the bbc have stopped putting regional news on bbc iplayer so it wont be on damn thanks anyway mate

No problem.. I gave the software I have a quick test on the BBC news website and it didn't work anyway.

there are ways and means however none that are legal..

If you are using Firefox you could try this http://www.downloadhelper.net/ grabs video clips, not really put it through its paces but it does work well on Youtube.
