I have had a EOS 40D since last April & it'd been great until it stopped working last week, so have sent that off for repair, while that's away I bought another to use, thinking it would be identical. Both have the same firmware installed but I'm amazed that they don't both handle the same. The older one seems to be faster in both shooting rate per second & writing to card speed. Colours also seem different, with the new one almost being too saturated in bright colours but really nice with mid tones.
Has anyone else found similar findings with two copies of the same product?
