Vane, I know, but red or black?

What Colour strap do you use, does red have more kudos?
I got a black EOS strap with my 400D but got a nice red one with my Canon XL1, and I was thinking of putting on the 400D since it kinda looks nice....

I use the red one that came with my 40D. Dosen't matter really, they all do the same thing

I use a red one at the moment but want a plain black one to stop people recognising my camera so easily and wanting to talk to me about it

Or just plain being a target for those hobbitses the filthy little thieves after my precious

A nice Black Op/Tech one for me ... nice and inconspicuous (once you cover the logo) ..... just wish some lenses were available in this colour.

All the Canon straps are PAINFUL when you have a battery grip and flash attached too. Get a nice TP strap and ease the pain!

I have the TP strap and its much better on my neck, but if it had come with the camera it would not have worried me if it had been the same as the eos one that came with the camera.

Don't use one but have a leather hand grip instead. A lot better imo.

i never have the strap round my neck anyway, just wrap my arm round it a few times and away i go

Black Optech for me as well. Usually over my shoulder rather than round my neck though.
