Van der vaart or nani?

After today's cheeky run I'd go for Nani

He was on form for most of the first half of the season then after the injury from Carraghers horror tackle he lost something after he returned to fitness. From what i have seen of him in pre-season highlights etc Nani is playing very well and looks a lot sharper for him at the start of a season.

I'm a LFC fan and even I'd go for Nani.

I would question whether Nani will play very often whereas VDV is probably 1st name on the teamsheet

I was swithering over those two but in the end went for Nani. I may transfer them around depending on fixtures as the season goes on.

Arsenal fan here and going for Van der vaart

He will play more games and get M O T M for spurs on a regular basis.

VDV here, absolutely awesome player and sure to have a massively important role for Tottenham.

VDV will get more goals and assists in the long term. He will always be one of the first names on the team sheet for Tottenham, I think that Nani will play less games.

198 points last year for Nani in 2660 mins against 165 in 2222 mins for Van Der Vaart.

I'm thinking for the same money - Ashley Young might be up there with those two as another option.

I don't know what it is though, but the foreign players seem to just score more points. How many of the top 10 scoring players of last season were English?

Just wish I had even the slightest idea as to what this thread is about? .... ........ Is it something to do with Indian food recipes?

Before today it would have been easy to check but last seasons points have been re-set.

Ashly Cole and Wayne Rooney scored highly as did Charlie Adam - although he's doomed now. ;)

Speaking of English though - I'm pleased we've a good mix of England Internationals again.

M Carrick
R Ferdinand
C Smalling
P Jones
T Cleverley
W Rooney
A Young
M Owen (ish)
