A gentle reminder; it's Valentines day this weekend - PANIC! Out of interest, what will you be buying her (or him) this year?

A couple of pints after rugby, if he's lucky :lol:

We do't really celebrate Valentine's day as we have a Wedding Anniversary

I can't decide on a single rose or a bunch of roses

A single one seems more symbolic and meaningful, somehow. Any thoughts? :help:

A book from Blurb (if the bloody thing arrives :D), and two Hotel Chocolat selections :)

If your going to buy a female flowers, then get them a bunch - a big bunch. I'm sure any females will second this.

A weekend away here. A single rose. A Lowepro Vertex300 with all my photography gear. Spend the whole couple of days shooting all the beautiful sea, sunset and sunrises. Oh, and a wonderful range of restaurants nearby.

Valentines Day is cancelled because Swansea are playing Fulham and then England vs Wales in the rugby :D

I am single :D

But me and a matewere joking about his OH, dump 'em on the 13th and ask 'em back out on the 15th

I shall be getting HER a new one of what I got her last year. It's a device for her to attract my attention at a distance. IIRC, it's marketed as a "Far Call".

we will see, prob a meal somewhere and thats it, we would both rather put the money towards something else

We're getting married on Saturday. I can't think of a better present! Don't know how he's going to top that in future though!

Well if you really must get her something, get somthing thats fun.

Google 'the toy'

I'd have bought one of those, and had soooo much fun with it...

£140 + text messages allowance for a vibrator, I don't think so !

Nothing.

We don't need cheap (expensive.....) gimmicks to prove to how much we love each other.
We know we love each other like crazy, so what's the point?
(We both feel this way!)
And it's what we do for each other all and every year for the past 13 years that counts.

Her fave bottle of wine.

Split up with the missus of 9 years yesterday by mutual consent. I'll be spending the price of her sexy lingerie, flowers, chocs and dinner on a Lowepro slingshot 200 and a CPL for my wide angle!

Having gone through a number of failed marriages, successful divorces; and successful marriages, failed divorces ... I've come to conclude that marriage is the most expensive hobby a person can pick-up.

Still, Valentines is a very special day .. not just for the Mrs.

Have to agree with you Andy. Never needed a specific day to prove how much we love eathother, we've got 365 of those every year.
