Using Ef on R camers

Hello everyone, I’m thinking of buying an R3 and was wondering what the ef lenses perform like on R cameras? I’ve way too many lenses to change over to R lenses.

With the EF to RF adapter they work perfectly. I’ve switched over to R5 and so far didn’t bother buying any RF lenses.
 
Hi Matt. No issues at all in my experience. I’ve got/use the 16-35 / 24-105 / 100-400 and all perform well so no concerns.

The hardest decision will be which adapter to get! (I’ve went for the standard one - without filters / control ring )
 
I have an R3 and also using EF glass with the Canon EF to RF adaptor and actually work better than they did on previous EF mount bodies.

I'm sure some limit the speed from 30 fps but will see if I can find the list or at least a link.
 
Thank you all for the replies… my 50th birthday is coming up so think I’ll treat myself to the R3.
 
It’s not my birthday till July so I’m hoping stock is available then lol
