It's a way away yet I know, but around July time I'll be heading to Canada on tour for 4 weeks and I'll be taking my camera with me. The problem is of course that Canada operate on a 110v system so I'm starting to think about how I'm going to be powering my gear, that gear being the charging pod for my camera battery, a battery charger for my AAs (flash, meter etc) and of course my laptop.
My cam's battery pod states it's voltage as being AC100v-240v 50-60hz, so all I'd need (I think) is the correct mains cable (is that correct?).
But for my AA charger and laptop power, I'll be needing an inverter. Can anybody, maybe someone who's holidayed in Canada or the US recomend me one that'd be sufficient for this? Or maybe suggest a different option?
