Yup however if the central computer system controlling transfers is down or overloaded your "prompt" transfer will automatically default to the normal up to 5 working days.

This has happened to me to rang them to ask why it was still not transferred.

The Co-operative Bank apply their own rules over whether they'll allow a faster payment from accounts held with them.
