I think what you need to consider is a camera with a low shutter count is probably going to show less wear and will possibly be in a better cosmetic state than a camera with a high count.
Focusing screens, mirrors and sensors could also be in better un touched condition.
bit like buying a 2006 Ford Focus and finding 2 one with 20k miles the other with 80k.

Is there any easy way to find out the total shutter releases for your body?
I'd rather have an 80k Focus with a full history, that's been well cared for than a 20k one that's been hammered by a boy racer, or worse used for 2 miles a day on the school run.....![]()
