I hate it when things like this happen:

I called up earlier to book an appointment for a CD1, and I got an appointment for the end of April.
Anyway my boss called and told me to call again and see if they had anything sooner, because a colleague had just booked one for the end of the month
So I called again, this time mentioning that my boss had said they had free slots.
Lady on the phone goes "oh yeh so we do, we have a few on tuesday 31st march, which one do you want *proceeds to read times*.

You would have thought someone working at the US embassy would know how to check dates wouldnt you.

But anyway, got my CD1 appointment booked for next week and after then it's all systems go and off to see i go
