Can anybody name the backdrop and how the photographer got it to look like that!! :help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help::help:

Could be anything.. A white wall.. A vinyl backdrop.. A lastolite hi-lite.. Hard to know for sure.. Why do you need to know so urgently? Why not ask the person that took the photograph?

Just looks light unlit white with a shadow on it

Yup, I agree, unlit white background, could be anything, wall, vinyl, paper...

what a stupid post ?

.....and that from the poster who has just posted images in the TALK lighting section, instead of the People and Portraits section, and failed to mark them as NSFW!

Its a plain back drop could be one of several and may I ask why its URGENT???

Im a little confused by this post to be honest

Les

Ok smarty isnt it the studio and lighting section my shots were in the studio ! And as for nsfw, eh ? There is no nudity, its not glamour......

I have already explained the lighting in one post.......

Get off your high horse.

There was no need for your original comment in this thread either, but you did it anyway. if someone hasn't done it already for you, I shall go and move your thread to the correct photo sharing section.

i was going to say 'oswald' but i see the name jokes have already been done so i'll just agree with chris instead

Eh, it's stupid, there is a mad urgent rush for information on something that hasn't got enough information to start with, by someone who is in such a rush couldn't be bothered to respond to their only post.....

There is no need for a huge amount of comments, there was no need for davids comment, but its a forum that's what it's about.

The number of comments are irrelevent, the attitude within is - yours requires a little re-alignment if your stay on the forum is to be a happy one. :)

Thank you and goodbye, I cannot be a part of a threatening moderator mad forum.

 Yv is probably the best moderator on this forum (no offence to the others) , and generally about as threatening as a care bear.

Toys and pram come to mind...

To the original poster - it's interesting that you have two full frame camera bodies in your kit bag, along with two EF-S lenses that aren't compatible..

So for some reason or another - this seems a bit made up? I'm thinking that this person may not be exactly genuine :)

yeah i thought that too - we seem to have an influx all of a sudden

There's me thinking it was a a bit of a stupid post, duh ! Silly me

the point is (and what Yv was saying) is that its not what one says, but how one says it

we all agree that its a bit of an odd post , but saying for example

What a stupid post

we all do it from time to time, I got three days gardening leave to telling some muppet who was moaning about the classifieds criteria to "**** off back to ebay" last month . Its just not a great plan to make a habit of it.
