I'm new to this website and I've been trying to upload a picture but don't know how to do it.On flickr it's a dodle, many thanks.
 
You can just post your images from flickr.

Choose all sizes on flickr and pick the size which fits within tp rules, right click and Copy image URL then paste within
tags.
 
Two ways you can upload photos onto here.
Either use the built-in gallery or host an external site like Flickr / photobucket etc.

Since it sounds like you're already on Flickr that's probably the easiest method. For whichever photo you want to show, select the dropdown menu on Flickr for "Share This".
Choose the "BB Code" option and the size that you want the photo to appear on here at - then simply copy and paste the code that appears into your thread here.

EDIT : Or you can do it the way that Scott suggested above.
