Upload from Lightroom

Just changed from using ACR Bridge and CS4 to Lightroom and CS4, can anyone please advise how to upload a shot that I have in Lightroom to TP.

I know how to do it from Bridge CS4 but I'm now stumped because the shot is a .PSD file.
 
Thanks for the help, do I do it by exporting it to a folder?
 
Yes you need to export to a folder, you'll see this in the export dialogue box.

You can also specify the image dimensions so that it will be the correct size for uploading. Best set it to the longest dimension, the other will be set in proportion.

You can save this as a preset so that you only need set the size, destination, etc. once. Then reselect it to export other images for uploading.
