Hi guys, I have been out of photography for a few years. I own a 450d which has had an awful of use for a 4 year period. I was really happy this camera, but once I had 'mastered' how to use the camera I always felt like I wanted to upgrade. At the time it was the 50d (but I didn't have the money). Since then the 450d has had a problem with the shutter - and I haven't used it in about 2 years.
I am now in a position that I could upgrade - I was thinking of getting a 70d (based on nothing more than the fact that it is the next 'level' up from 450d) - seems to be good value (and cash back available at the moment).
The video option looks good (but isn't a priority for me at all). I always wanted an increase in FPS and better range (and handling) of ISO.
In your experience would the 70d seem like a good option? Is there something else I should consider (I have EF-S lenses - so would want compatibility with those)
Thanks in advanced
Matt
