Upgrading from a 400D to a 600D. Is it worth it?

Hi. I currently have a Canon 400D and I am looking to upgrade to a 600D.
Is the 600D a worth while upgrade? I mainly shoot landscapes and railways.

I went from a 400d to a 550d, the 550 was quite a bit quicker between pressing the shutter and it actually taking the pic, not much but noticeable
it was a good upgrade.

Have you considered a second hand 5D (the original one) - around £500 or so, would give you full frame but you would have to look at your lenses though.
 
As said - what do you think is lacking?
My lad went from a 400D to a 600D because he wanted to shoot video, plus the higher ISO is helpful. Bear in mind you'll need new memory cards, CF on the 400, SD on the 600
