Guys, I'm thinking of upgrading my PC because the CPU fan is bloody noisy, and, well, once you start looking at that stuff you think that it's all getting a bit long in the tooth. My budget is "as little as possible".
Currently running:
AMD Athlon(tm) II X4 640
Asus M4A78LT-M 760G (Socket AM3) DDR3 Motherboard
OCZ StealthXStream 2 500W Power Supply
Samsung SpinPoint F3 1TB SATA-II 32MB Cache - OEM
16 gigs or something or other - I forget.
I'll be looking at upgrading the mobo and CPU to begin with, I think. Thoughts?
