upgrade with canon eos 5d

I`m due to buy another EOS 5d, does anyone know if canon are due to upgrade the old system very soon?

The consensus of opinion suggests that it will be September before they announce the Mk.2. I bought mine just a month ago; didn't think there was much point in waiting as the 5D is a fantastic piece of equipment and, while the Mk.2 will doubtless be of higher spec, it'll also cost a few bob more. So why hold off?
