Upgrade PS CS4 from Outside UK

Hi, I received PSE 10 from by brother in the USA and it works fine but I also use PS CS 4 and want to upgrade to CS 6.
Has anyone ever bought an upgrade from the USA and if so any problems upgrading with it in the UK?.

As long as you have the valid license code you are OK.

Adobe won't let you buy from their US site with a UK credit card, has to be US credit card and US address.
