I enjoy taking photos of runners and I'm not too bad at it. Bought a D500 a couple of years ago as an upgrade from a D7200. After 15 months of Covid restrictions, I decided to sell both of them. Depressed by the whole situation and seeing no way forward in terms of races starting up again, we parted company. Races started up again, what to do. The D500 has kept its price and money's tight at the moment. Borrowed my wife's D7100 the and it certainly hasn't disappointed. In the situations I find myself in at parkruns and the odd road/trail race, the results have been more than satisfactory.
