Upgrade from PS Elements 11 to 12 worth it?

Hi all,

As per thread title really, is it really worth the upgrade from version 11 to 12?

Has anyone done it?

Just trying to decide and could use a little help.

I went from 10 to 11,but really could have stayed with 10 for the benefits it gave me, and i dont see whats in 12 that i personally woud gain from it just a couple of novelty updates.

To be fair, I think thats my general thinking to be honest……….just wasn't sure if there was anything special or hugely better over version 11

I've just gone from 5 to 12 (before i had 5 i used 2 for years) so i certainly wouldnt recomend going with every update, 12 seems decent, but i doubt it gives us much over 11 tbh - the only reaso i updated was that i needed a copy of premiere elements and due to the amazon deal it actually worked out cheaper to buy a bundle of both than to buy premiere ele on its own

I still use Elements 4 and CS 4, and to be fair, I can't see that I'd want everything else. It's not that I can't afford to replace them, I've tried the evaluation copies of newer software, and haven't been persuaded.

Gawd, you can buy a really good, state of the art digital SLR for the price of a new copy of Adope photoshop!!
