Oh well the plans to replace the 350D are now up the swanee as the cooker has died,I told She who must be obeyed that the 40D has many menu items but had to concede defeat as cooking a Chicken Risotto is not one of them.Ah well time to concentrate on technique to get the best out of the old girl,thats the 350D not the wife
