Updating iPad ios..

I wonder if you fine fellow groovers can help me out.

I've connected my iPad to my pc so I can use iTunes to update the iPad ios from version 4.3.2 to 4.x.x .

The download seems to go well and then it said it's processing a file. Next thing I get is a message about network connection timed out.

I've tried it a few times but keep getting the same message.

Anyone know what the answer is?!

Some folk have reported than antivirus software such as Kasperky was causing the problem for them and they had to disable it whilst updating.

It proved to be the answer! Now have version 4.3.5 installed.
