Unusual camera/lens combinations

Thats actually very interesting. It's amazing just how many adaptors are out there now, almost anything to anything....

Is there one available to attach my nikkor f/2.8 80-200mm to my Pentax auto 110 body??!!:eek: How cool would that be:D
 
Well its interesting as an exercise in seeing what you can bolt onto a camera but i dont really see the use. its not like nikon lenses are lacking in quality. MF lenses are big and bulky because they are optimised for big negatives. Ok, price wise youd be onto a winner, a couple of hundred for a nice MF lens compared to 1k+ for a nikon but i wouldnt really want to walk around with that setup round my neck.

As Asha mentioned above, what would be more useful is an adaptor for FF lenses to go onto MF bodies :)
 
I just spotted this over the weekend, which apparently allows Nikon lenses to be used on my Pentax 645 body, it says in the description that this is primarily for macro work, perhaps something to do with focus distances changing. I don't understand to be honest, because I'd have thought it's pretty unlikely a Nikon full frame lens would have enough coverage to use on a 6x4.5 format. I suppose the answer is to try....
