Universal Quick Release Plate

Hey,

Is there a quick release plate that will work on the following ballheads and tripods/monopod - Benro B-2 on a Gitzo MG 1126 Tripod, Giottos MH 1300 on a Giottos MT 9371 Tripod and the Vanguard SBH 300 on a Manfrotto Monopod? I want a plate so whichever support I choose to grab and run with, I won't have to change the plate on my Nikon D40.
 
If you can afford it, I would recommend looking into the Arca-Swiss system of plates and clamps. There are several manufacturers that produce components compatible with this system with Kirk and Really Right Stuff examples of such companies.

You would also need to buy a matching clamp for each of your different tripods so it would be rather expensive. I had a look at a Benro B-2 and I think that already uses Arca Swiss so maybe you only need to have clamps for the other 2 support platforms.
 
Thank you much... You're right about it being expensive!!! And yes the Benro does have the Arca Swiss type plate.
 
Well if the Benro already has an Arca clamp, you probably already have an Arca plate for the camera?

In that case you would only need an additional 2 Arca clamps for your other ballheads (assuming you can change the clamps on those), with base models from Kirk being reasonably affordable:
