Just quickly flicked through my blog (pretty much same as 365) and feeling so....uninspired!

Been doing macro and closeup alot lately and TBH, I enjoy portraits more - but haven't really had the opertunity to do them recently *cries*

So...what do you do when you think your daily pics look...well....boring? :shrug:

I enjoy doing them, I don't think most of them are too bad...but I think to a random person they must be pretty boring to look at

Sack it and try again another day. I end up feeling frustrated by doing this, but not nearly as bad as if I kept slogging on and coming up with garbage. Only time I keep going is if I've paid for studio time, but generally if I'm in a studio I've planned what I'm doing with the model and the ideas tend to flow freely. Just wish I got in the studio more!

Don't get me wrong, I like the shots, I've improved by doing the shots, but they're not things that random people like family and friends would think "ohhh...." but "meh! that's just a coin, what did ya take a pic of that for rajee?"

lol. I live miles away from all my family, and my friends are only interested in seeing the results of studio shoots anyway...and then only when the subject is female and not wearing much I have to admit...that is my favourite kind of photogprahy
