Following on from Matt's favourite sandwich thread, and an almost identical thread on another forum I frequent, what are your favourite 'unfoodie' foods - those foods that you are ashamed to say you like or love, and that you certainly wouldn't be able to buy along with your 10 month hung Jamon Iberico at El Poshio deli down the road!!??

I'll start:

Findus Crispy Pancakes
Cheap cheese slices, on cheap burgers, in cheap burger buns.
Cheese & Onion crisp butties
Fish Finger Sandwiches
A cup of bovril

I'll put my hands up to Fishfinger sarnies

Also, much to the disgust of BeHappy, I eat Pot Noodles. But what's a bloke to do when he's freezing cold from waiting for that elusive dawn landscape shot and needs something warm in his belly?

Fish Finger Sarnies here too. Although I dont think this is frowned upon as unfoodie foods as I will bet it is really common.

Fish finger sarnies with cheese on
Salad cream on toast
Salad cream and crunchy peanut butter on toast
Tuna & Mayo spread on toast
A tin of Tyne Beef Curry in a giant Yorkshire pud
Crisp Butties, I have been know to have pringle's instead, and make one hell of a mess
I have also been known to take a tin of spam to the local chippy and ask them to slice and batter it :$

Not really food, but I drink vinegar and lemon juice randomly out of the bottle :$

Edit: I almost forgot Haribo sweets.

Chip and onion ring butties.

Heinz Beans & Sausages as a sandwich.

Chips dipped in curry sauce sandwich

*obviously on brown bread :D

Dairylea and tomato sauce butties
Tinned peaches & tinned custard

Spam and branston pickle

Cheese & Onion crisps in a nice crusty roll.....

Egg whites (can't stand the yolk) on toast, fried until they go crispy around the edges

Chips and gravy

As a kid I always ate the cake first then the sandwiches and crips etc. Made them taste so much better.

My parents wouldn't let me do that....:(:(:(

I always had to eat at least two slices of "bread and buppy" before I could have anything sweet
I was hard done by
:'(:'(:'(:'(:'(

Fish Finger sandwiches + Cheese

El cheapo hotdogs out of a tin with french's american mustard

Spaggetty 'oops (innit)

Dirty cheese and bacon rolls from the snack van on the way into bath

Chocolate in a bun

Primula cheese spread out of a tube, on your finger at 3am when you wake up in the night feeling peckish.

Pickled eggs with s&v crisps

Red Leicester cheese, Pesto, tomato puree and mustard sandwiches! (All on one sarnie)

Crusty rolls with lots of buttie and Marmite, then stuff it full of red hot chips.

Simply awesome....

Of course, you need to actually like Marmite for this to be good.

Rustlers burgers

Crispy pancakes are great.. especially 3 cheeses.

Out of sheer desperation when I was skint...

Cornflakes & Custard

Nesquick (Banana flavour) sandwiches (obviously without milk!).

Much to my wifes disgust I go to the bother of hand making burgers with "finest" minced beef and freshly chopped onion only to have Chicken supernoodles with them.

fish finger sarnie are a god send and as a matter of fact i may have some tonight!

Tim-Tams (dashed expensive, but what the heck) sucked in the Natalie Imbruglia stylee, as revealed to Graham Norton and available for your pleasure on YouToob.

This isn't an "unfoodie food", but I do love the American breakfast cereal called Lucky Charms!

I used to get a bag of ready salted crisps, and pour vinegar in so that they go slightly soggy, then eat them.
Non of this Salt & Vinegar FLAVOUR, gotta use the real stuff!

You mean your local chippy doesnt have spam fritters on the menu? Mine does :p :D

No they didn't :( My mum and dad used to do them in our chippy, which is where my love for spam fritters came from, as well as Tyne Beef curry  My ma and pa were the best chip shop owners EVER ... chips done in beef dripping.

I do that! If we ever get a multi pack of walkers the ready salted always get tis treatment. I love the bit at the end when you drink the reservoir of salt vinegar :D

You cant beat a under-cooked Burger dripping in fat from a Burger Van at a Motorsport event

Talking about pickles, whatabout a pickled egg with a bit of salt on top!!! :)

Failing that, centipede always goes down well!! ;)

Bacon sarnies.

Beans on toast.

Peanut butter - either sarnies or just as a spoonful!

Rich Tea or Digestives dunked in Cadbury's hot chocolate.

Cheese and jam ?

I just threw up a bit.....that's really quite sick.

I don't eat much more than has already been mentioned, but I do remember when I was a nipper my mam giving me bread and butter with sugar on it...
I just threw up a bit again, and scrambled eggs with carrots in...

*hurls*

Ooo, I remembered one, Steak Canadien, (those thin frozen slices of god knows what), well three of those grilled in a sammich with a foot thick spread of Philidelphia..:)

Crisp sandwiches made with ready salted crisps in that awful plasticy white bread.
Peanut butter sandwiched between two rich tea biscuits.
