Unable to upload images to photobox

For a few days now I have tried to upload images to photobox via internet explorer, "My Computer" and drag & drop way. I have no problems before but now unable to do so. I can use my laptop and load ok.
I went through there help ideas with no effect, spoke to photobox via there chat online, but they suggested I use another browser, but cannot understand why internet explorer works from my laptop but not from my PC.
Would there be something in my settings that might have changed....
 
Are you using the same version of IE on both?
Are you running the same Antivirus product on both? Are they at the same version number?

You might be able to debug what's going on with the developer tools. Hit 'F12', the pane that pops up, click 'Network' and then press the 'play' button. In the results column you should hopefully get 200s, 300s. If you see anything in the 400 or 500 range or any long running transactions, this could point towards a problem (...or it could just be noise)
 
Hi and thanks for the help.

Same versions of IE 11 on both. Running AVG full version of PC, Free version on laptop.

Made the check you suggested, results ranges are in the 200s and 300s.

I am sure its in my settings some where but unsure where.
Trying to load images via "My Computer " or drag and drop but get the same result, blank screen on right as image below..

Maybe the cache is in the way. Try deleting all the browsing data.
Short of that, I don't know what else to suggest without getting hands on.
