Unable to create new third party bank transfer/non SEPA compliant?

When trying to create a third party transfer [for procamerashop uk] I got this message after submitting all the relevant details:

SORRY, YOUR NEW THIRD PARTY TRANSFER COULD NOT BE CREATED AT THIS TIME - UNABLE TO PROCESS AS BANK IS NOT SEPA COMPLIANT

And yes, it was in bold + red.

I've never seen this before, anyone know exactly why I cannot create this transfer?

I'm trying to buy the Nikon 70-200 VR II and by buying from here I will save almost €500 as opposed to buying from over priced shops in Dublin. Looks like I may just have to go that route for the security.

Are you making payments in euros? SEPA is the Single Euro Payments Area so I'm presuming your supplier is not a member/approved business?

Be better to email them and ask methinks

Hmm, I have emailed them asking why I'm getting that red alert from my bank. No response yet. It is Procamerashop.co.uk I'm trying to buy from. They offer 3% savings when you pay via BT. This alert has me thinking I may well be better off to just pay more over here. Oh well, so much for saving money
