Joe, I think that's a great idea, we differ in our opinions to such a great extent, I think I've let you get under my skin. My fault not yours. Your defence of the recent public service strike was like watching the 300, and I was amazed at your grace under pressure. I do think it a great idea to shake on it now, and appreciate the gesture...xx

The original issue with Joe has been resolved, thanks to Joe. Since that time a mod has seen fit to comment. I refuse to apologiise for not agreeing with him. If he can't accept that, it's not my problem, it's his.

Martin, you were rude with your "don't care" comment. I tried to make light of it the first time but you repeated it. I have no idea where you're getting the disagreement bit from.

Well I think you were rude. The Mods try and keep this forum as friendly as poss and your attitude isn't what I beleve the majority of the members want. So please go away and refect for a couple of days. Fabs is not an arrogant bloke at all.

Hi Mike, I'd just like someone to point out where I was rude. I'd love to say I'm sorry for being rude, but I genuinely don't believe I have been. To go back to the original issue, I thought that Joe was moaning about Johnny Mathiss' rendition of "when a child is born" Fabs took offence and had a pop. I disagreed with him, and tried to intimate that his arguments claim to validity wasn't dependent on him being a mod.
I iterate here, I don't give a flying f..k through a rolling doughnut if he's a mod or not, I still reserve the right to disagree. Disagreement is not discourtesy.

So you see, no pop from me. Your comment was reported and I responded accordingly. The comment I have put in bold above was rude as confirmed by one of the owners of this forum.

ince then you have continued to be rude, even calling me arrogant. As I said, i don't know where you're getting this "disagreement" from. I haven't stated an opinion for you to disagree with.

For the record I also think malo was rude to fabs. And it's not because he disagreed with him, fabs and I disagree all the time but we're never rude about it. The mods should be given respect because they spend thankless time maintaining the forum.

I will probably continue to disagree with fabs but I'll not be rude, it's not on.
 
I'd like to apologise for my behavior in this thread, to both Joe and Fabs. No excuses, I acted like a prick and neither of you deserved to be spoken to the way I did.
