I bought a Fuji finepix F100fd from them two weeks ago and it has developed a fault, the lens wont retract back into the body and it is stuck half out with the front element exposed. I took it back and they tried to say it was my fault, I must have dropped it, and because of the mark on the front it was no longer in as new condition and I would be unlikely to get a replacement. If the lens had retracted it would not have got marked.
The salesman's tone got me mighty annoyed and the camera has gone back to Fuji for assessment to see if it can be repaired under warranty.
I am not at all happy as I fear I may be stuck with either a knackered camera or a bill for repair depending on what Fuji say.
I certainly wont be shopping with ukdigital again thats for sure. Grrr rant over.
