Hi. This Saturday I'm going to Wembley & next week to Stamford Bridge.
Will I be ok to take my Canon 80D with a 18-135mm lens ?
Thanks

You'll get in fine with it (probably)
That ''probably'' what I don't like :)

This is what the official response sounds like - from Chelsea Football Club :

''Big, professional cameras are not allowed in to the Stadium; however there are no exact measurement restrictions. It will instead be down to the stewards' discretion upon entry''

Why can not be more simpler , like Yes or No ?

I thought you wouldn't. One steward may well realise that your 18-135 isn't pro kit and you won't get much of the games from the stands. But another may not.

Here's the answer what I've got from Wembley:

''Unfortunately DSLR camera's with interchangeable lenses are not permitted inside the stadium. Should you wish to take this with you, this would not be confiscated from you but security will ask that keep your camera inside your bag for the duration of the event.''

"professional" clubs will generally not allow any DSLR's in - for no other reason other than the image rights that is so important to the players! Shame, but image rights are very important to supplement a living wage......
