Can anyone recommend a reasonably priced monitor? Around the £300 mark. My NEC 17 CRT passed away a couple of months back and I'm looking for something to replace it with. I find the choice so very confusing, not having experience of other monitors, don't know whether to go for "wide screen" or try to get the size as the NEC. I would probably prefer to get a CRT but the prices now are astronomical. Any suggestions?

The one I'm looking at (not literally, yet) is the NEC Ea231wmi at about that price. It's one of the IPS type, and probably the cheapest so far. Its a 23" diagonal and 16:9 format.
