Twitter - who's on it?

I'm on it like a fat chick on a cream cake
 
I joined Twitter ages ago and didn't give it any time or even try to work out how it works and shut it not to be opened again... until I saw that there are a load of TP users are on there.

Reloaded and now chat away to many TP members off my phone. I have been a little lapse lately but want to get back into the swing again. There should be a sticky of TP users on Twitter imo. As I'm sure that I am missing a fair few on my contacts list :thumbs:

The trouble with twitter is that some people use it like msn - with one-to-one conversations that are of no interest to others.

But, other than that, I think it's great.
 
I have joined today http://BANNED/donna_mcghee I have absolutely no idea whether I will use it much but until I try, I will never know.
 
Once you get going I think its a great website. Great way to show off links to your photos etc.

I miss Stephen Fry being on there. He never tweets anymore. John Cleese is quite the regular though, he's entertaining.
 
I can't believe the drivel people post on Twitter - do they really think anyone cares if they had eggs for breakfast, or saw a dog on their way to work?

OK, I'll bite...I'm fairly new to twitter, but I'll be tweeting regularly once the new season kicks off about life as a sports tog and in the mean time you'll get cricket and some magazine work!

I've got the twitter feed linked to my website, something to do with regular updates being good for Google scans? No idea, 'there be dragons' for all I know. But it's been good for the business, I've had a number of very good jobs as a result of being found via Twitter.

In terms of the attention seekers who seem to have migrated from Facebook with status updates like ' Amy is bored', 'What shall I put in my sandwich?', they are obviously just crying out for attention and it annoys me something rotten. Joyfully, if you don't follow that person you therefore don't have to read it.
 
I am new to Twitter @MadTogger, still working out whether it is any real use or not.

I mainly follow people rather than tweet.

Another Twitter thread revival - OK, I can live with that, I spend half my life on there spouting rubbish, cuts down on the bandwidth here..

woo has come at just the right time, the wife beat me into submission on it and I started to use the account I created ages ago, love it so far! for anyone who's interested @seashaker is me :)

I tend to 'mostly' follow people that are photographers or talk about photography, videography etc...again, 'mostly' lol

With that said, RichardpPhoto is mine. Will set about following some of my fellow TP'ers later :D
