Twitter and iPhone app?

Can anyone recomend a good app that will allow photo upload too? Don't mind paying as long as it works.

I use Tweetdeck - allows upload and links tweets to the selected upload.

Awesome app and IMO the best all rounder. Also connects to multiple accounts, facebook and allows full tweeting capabilities.

I've downloaded it and managed a tweet with piccy! Impressed it was free too!

Thanks for the other suggestions folks, I'll see how tweetdeck goes.
