TTL cable....4m long ish?? Isn't it a standard bit of cable?

Anyone know where I can get a 4m long TTL cable or perhaps 5m or 6m?

Surely its just a normal cable which I can buy from an audio/video shop and splice them to the appropriate bits and pieces?
 
There are many examples of how to Cut a shorter cable and then extend, using networking cables on the net.
 
yes, it is.

Phottix make a 10m long one. Flash in the pan in the advertisers section sells them iirc.
