Yes
Appears tso host according to their status page is having problems with virgin traffic being routed incorrectly at LINX. Pain in the bum cos I cant access a site ive been building .
Virgin customers maybe having problems accessing your website.

We had a powercut at 9.15 this morning in our area of Kidderminster and when it came back on 20 minutes later my TSOHOST hosted sites weren't working. We're on Virgin too but I can't see how it could all have been linked.

Just a co-incidence. All working again 30 minutes later though

could've been a certain set of DNS servers that your router picked up post reboot?

Something to do with virgin and LINX (London Internet Exchange) where lots of traffic pass through, not just Virgin but other isp's too, apparently some of VM traffic was getting routed incorrectly.

Sites / servers hosted at memset (and indeed memset's own site) were inaccessible from VM for a while yesterday morning as well, so they were clearly having a funny five (or more) minutes on the routing front. I could RDP into my home and connect to our servers at memset but couldn't connect directly from work.

There was an issue with VM peering and a lot of duff BGP routes getting published. Saw one of our datacentres switch peering provider in order to maintain access for VM customers.
These kind of mistakes do occur now and again, although it's the first time I've seen it with VM.
