Popped out first thing with the camera as there was a tree i wanted to shoot that i saw on the route out of my village on the way to whipsnade on saturday......
but.......
after uploading i wasn't all that happy with it but was quite taken with the bokeh coming from this barbed wire fence...
so my little cuties this is todays POTD.. X

Day35/356.... Barbed bokeh by Cg_girl....so behind but trying to catch up, on Flickr

Hmmmm not so sure on the bottom oof bit now tho......... grrrrrrrr

Looks pretty good to me and is what I was contemplating doing today :) However it meant going for a walk and there wasn't enough time :(

I like it, T and the bottom bit leads you up to the main part nicely...and to be honest I don't think you could do anything such as crop without it spoiling the whole effect. I'm on my laptop and have the text quite high for some strange reason...when I first saw this I had to scroll down and was convinced it was a pair of sparkly, sandaly shoes! :cuckoo::lol:

Hi Trace, your 365 is going from strength to strength :D
The tiger is the stand out image for me from what is a very strong set.
I particularly like the bracelet shot too, the processing really suits the subject.
You have come a long way in this first month, keep up the great work, its a pleasure looking in. Iain

brilliant Trace :D

Thanks Sam and you're right i had already cropped some of from the left and taking any of the bottom just wouldn't have worked..... i think i'm just too damn fussy..... lol

I love the bottom bit T!! Great bokeh :D :D

Thanks Toni.. i know because the main point was sharp the oof bit has such a bright blown section it bugged me

Love it Trace!!! Love the focus!

Thank you Vince!

Whose idea was it to go and get blown about taking photos today?!!.. doh!.... if the sun hadn't been out i think an indoor shot would certainly be on the cards especially as once i was out i realised just how damn cold it was out there!!!!

Anyway here it is The view just a few miles from me as i needed a change...

Day 36/356.... The Views.... by Cg_girl....so behind but trying to catch up, on Flickr

That's fantastic T! I can never get both the sky and the ground exposed correctly. You'll need to share your secrets! :D

Nice T, the clouds and the low light are great.

Gorgeous sky, sometimes I think it's good to get out into the cold and blow the cobwebs away

T.. barbed wire is brilliant... looks almost painted.. like palette knife art....epic bubbles

..and that rolling countryside... i could sit there and watch those clouds roll on by...for ages... in the calm of a windbreak of course...

Beautiful shot T - gorgeous clouds and have to agree with Kev - could sit there and watch them for hours - with shelter of course :)

Well today i decided it was sp day....... probably because i didn't really know what else to shoot today and weather is a bit pants to be honest!.....

Now girls............ How many of you pull silly faces without realising it when doing make-up..... especially this culprit.... the mascara!!!.....

Ps i guess the question could go to guys too..... i don't want to stereotype and leave you out..... lol!!

Yesterday's is amazing - that light across the fields and the dramatic sky....and I love the shadows in the foreground, wonderful!

Today's....well, sorry, but I look nothing like that when putting on mascara - I look like a gremlin with a tic, to be honest!:lol: Great photo, though and captures the making up very well.

Lovely sp's Trace, both of them ;)
Your confidence in front of the camera is paying dividends.
I admire that confidence in that you are able to show a before and after

Iain

Liking them both T, the second especially made me smile

Love them both Trace :D The first one is no way like me putting on Mascara at all - I look like I'm afraid of poking myself in the eye with the damn stick
The second is great
