Trying to Source 1.5mm clear drilled plastic beads

As per the title - the closest I have come so far is eBay but can only find 2.5mm versions.

Any suggestions of a source much appreciated

Do you mean 1.5mm in diameter or the hole?

If you mean the whole bead being 1.5mm, then you want seed beads:

That's just a quick search on google for 1.5mm seed beads. I have some suppliers but they're on my laptop so will get them for you tomorrow

Have a look at a sports shop which caters for people who tie their own flies for fly fishing. Many such fly designs use a variety of beads in many colours and materials from tungsten to plastic. The more usual sizes might be a bit bigger than the size you suggest but it would be worth a look. Google "Fly tying materials".
