Well following my Link Delight camera grip problem LINK I started to search for the name of one of the bosses of Link Delight to ask him/her to intervene and send me the item I had paid for but whilst looking I came across a site called TRUST PILOT. This is a site that reviews companies that people have done business with.
Now when I looked through it I saw that when you write a review the company get a copy and often reply or sort the problem out. I therefore left a review of Link Delight and last night they sent me an email saying they are going to sort it together with leaving a reply on TRUST PILOT. So it would appear that it has been very useful. I reviewed a number of the companies that I have dealt with recently and there is quite a lot of really good stuff on there.
