Hi and good evening (can you tell i've had a couple ....hic

Anyways ,i recently purchased a set of these not that long ago ,can anyone help me out here ,the volume seems to stay a one level whilst i wear my headphones ,without headphones it works as normal ....ie ..i can turn volume up/down ....
