Trouble viewing embedded You Tube videos

Yay, another memo user!! Anyway, you need to download flash player or go into your preferences and select html 5.
 
Some embedded videos don't show up with Internet Explorer 10 either (even when they do in Chrome) - I'm not sure if this is the same problem as with iOS/Android though.
 
I have a similar problem with Chrome. The only way i can watch some videos is to right click the black box (where the video should be) and click inspect element.

That's strange, I've never seen the problem occur on any website when using Chrome.

It's a well-known thing with IE but Microsoft doesn't seem bothered enough to sort it out. None of their suggestions for existing IE versions solve the problem, e.g. these ones: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-gb/internet-explorer/videos-dont-work#ie=ie-10-win-7
 
It is strange as I don't have the same problem with Firefox or IE!
