Tropical wings/butterfly farm: South Woodham Ferrers - opinions please

Haven't been there for a few years but it was pretty good last time I was there. Westley posted some shots a couple of weeks ago.

great place for togging IMO - Need to spend a while in the butterfly area for lenses to de-fog so beware of that. Lots of different animals there - Walabees, otters, meerkats, etc, when we were there it was Australia day or something like that so there were displays and falconry on show. Loads of wasps unfortunately.

I got some great shots at tropical wings, butterflys and of the birds flying.....
Defo recomend going.

Thanks for the reviews guys -went there today - the birds and other creatures are great but I was very disappointed with the butterfly house. Very scarce indeed - spent hours (literally) in there searching and searching, only to see a few.

Oh odd, I found a few within minutes when I went, easily got a few snaps of them.
