Hi Everyone,
Looking for some advice for buying a tripod.
There seems to be an amazing ammount of equipment out there and would value your advice.
Would be to use mainly with my 450d and 90-300 lens.
Probably up to around £100 i'd say my budget was.
(be interested if anyone has one for sale)

Many thanks:bonk:

Shame just sold my Manfrotto 190 and head to someone.

Have a look at the Manfrotto 055 series or 190 series, you can usually pick them up secondhand on eBay quite reasonably. What you need, so something with abit of weight to it, so it proves a sturdy base for your camera and lens.
Then you would need to think about what type of head you would need, 3 way, pan and tilt or ball.

Thanks guys for the advice and quick response!
I'll get searching!
Thanks again:clap:

another Redsnapper vote from me, fantastic product, fantastic service from Joe and most of all fantastic price

I can't believe this has been done again. If you search Tripod on here, there will be a lot of results saying get a Redsnapper, that would also be my advice. They are cheaper than Manfrotto and with a head will still come in under budget.

^^^^^^^^^^^^+1 with the above

Again does no one use the search facility button now..............cant believe how many what Tripod questions there have been recently

Rant over:bang:
