Tripod heads....which one?

whats everyone's thought on heads...

i will be doing architecture, landscapes, portraits maybe

have a m nfrotto 190xprob tripod and dont know the best head to get.

322RC2!!!

I have worked with an RC 141 (3-way) for years because there was nothing else but when I got the 322 I thought this was the best thing since sliced bread.

What body/lens combinations will you be using on it?
 
Had a look on the MF website and the 804 might work if you are on a tight budget but you will most likely get irritated with it very quickly.

It is a 3-way adjusting - scaled down RC 141?

Go and try the 322RC2...you will not be sorry. 2-way and 3-way heads simply take forever to set up perfectly.

I also use a manfrotto 322 rc2 head and its worth giving a try. Have a look at the manfrotto web site. You can mix and match your camera and lens to find the correct balance.
 
I have put an order in for the 322RC2 with my new Giottos tripod. It will suit my type of photography quite well.
 
Has anyone used a shutter release on the 322rcs.

I used one, and looking in my "don't needs" bag, its in there...

I'll be selling the 322 RC2 shutter release for £30 (includes the bracket and screws), all in mint condition and I have either the Canon 400D cable for £10 or the 40D version for £55..yep, they really are that expensive...I paid £85 for mine at Robert Whites, which meant I saved about £15 buying directly from them..

The 804 replaced the 141 actaully ;) :)

Still not a great piece of kit if time is a factor...will do if there is nothing else
