Since I'm on a pretty tight budget at the moment I took a punt on this to go with the Redsnapper I just bought... really wasn't expecting much...

It's bliddy fantastic! - big, solid, and as well built and smooth as any of the Manfrotto ball heads I've ever owned, and I've owned a few of them. Really can't praise it highly enough and would recommend to anyone looking for a ball head.

Delivered within 24 hours as well...

They've not been relisted yet for some reason - the same item is here; bit of a nightmare finding it, but managed eventually. I'd happily use mine in place of any of the £50-£60 items I've used in the past, and I'm a fussy git...
 
That looks like the Redsnapper RSH-20 ballhead not the £50 RSH-12

They don't sell the RSH-20 by itself, it comes with the £35 monopod kit

Got mine - it's similar to the RSH-20 I've got on my monopod - a little bit heavier and feels possibly slightly better quality material. Pretty good for £20.
