My Redsnapper tripod came with a bag, so that is what I use.
One thing to bear in mind is the extra height of your tripod when the head is attached, the Redsnapper bag is a tight fit when I have a Manfrotto head on my tripod.
Manfrotto make tripod bags which are shaped to take a tripod and even the bulkiest of heads. Mine takes my 190xpro and 804rc2 comfortably and cost about £30.
My Manfrottto 055 XProB/Giottos MH1301 fits perfectly and it has the advantage of having small handles on the body of the bag as well as a shoulder strap, oh and it's got enough padding to protect your tripod too.
I got a Samsonite tripod bag from 7dayshop for about £8 in one of their clearance promotions a few years ago. It's easy to carry and protects the tripod well (well enough to survive as checked luggage).
