Hi guys, i'm looking to get into timelapse without being tethered to my laptop
so I thought about an intervalometer but then I saw some products that allowed me to use my phone to control the camera, which would be good as I could use my phone as a remote too

does anyone have any experience with either of these products? they're both quite new and there doesn't seem to be much info out there about them so just looking for opinions and info really

wow
informative and concise

I think you've made up my mind, thanks

Triggertrap have just made their app free (previously £2.99, and £6.99 before that) so now might be a good time to buy

just came across your thread, bit too late but have you guys been happy with using a iphone to record days on time lapse events?

people telling me to get the 10 buck stuff and drop the idea of wireless remotes and iphones hanging around waiting till their batteries die
