Trigger have stopped working - Fixable?

Have a Lencarta setup and the WaveSync trigger/receiver. All worked fine till today. Plugged it all in as normal but no flash. Used test button on flash, worked ok (and using my flash as a trigger). Tried a different channel combo, tried other flash head but no joy. When I push the button down, I can see a red led on receiver and trigger so it seems to be working fine, but no flash.

Anything I have missed, or is something bust?

Batteries ok? (if it is even a battery operated receiver that is)

Have you tried plugging it into another flash head, to make sure that the problem is with the trigger?

If you have, the best bet is to return it for replacementwith this form
